First of all, do not worry! As we have mentioned before our already included insurance is got you covered! Thanks to the gps installed in the bike we will try to get back to it. If the bike gets stolen we will take care of it. The same happens if you loose the key. The only thing you have to be worried about is not loosing both the keys and bike simultaneously. As this will mean an extra payment of 50€.

Yes! Along with the keys you will also find tools to easily regulate the heigh of the bike to your comfort. It is for this reason, that there is no need to to choose different sizes of bikes. You will be able to adapt yours perfectly.

Sadly, you will not be able to cancel the booking once this is payed.

You will receive an email that will allow you to open a lock in the bike where you will see the bike keys. Along with the keys there will also be information about your ride in Amsterdam. Make sure to have a look at it before starting your ride. Once you finish using the bike make sure to put the keys back into place and close the lock. We will take care of the rest.

There is nothing to worry about! If you get a flat tyre or something brakes while you rent your bike, you can just leave you bike wherever it is and contact us. You will be delivered a new one the next day, and with no extra cost.
